At Fred's Bread, we strive to bake with as many Ontario and Canadian ingredients as possible. To celebrate our 25th anniversary of baking, we have created a new group of breads that highlight Ontario grains and agriculture.

Some loaves will be new to you, others have always included local ingredients, like our City Sourdough, Ancient Grain, Brioche, and more.
